This program focuses on exploring all movements of the hip joint, especially restoring rotation, and releasing tension in tight, overactive muscles.
When we focus on restoring range of motion and strengthening weak stabilizer muscles, you begin to feel what it’s like to move with freedom again, pain-free.
After working with over several clients who have struggled with poor hip mobility and chronic pain and tightness, I’ve learned the key foundational exercises that you need to be able to do well to free up your hips for good.
The exercises are strategically paired together in super-sets (which means you perform one of them, and then immediately the next one) so that you train your hips to move better and feel loose again.
